1. Corporate License Overview

This Corporate License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Gather & Gasp products and services by businesses, organizations, and event professionals. Standard consumer purchases are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires a corporate license.

1.1 Who Needs a Corporate License

• Businesses hosting team-building or corporate events
• Event planning companies offering murder mystery parties to clients
• Hotels, resorts, and hospitality venues
• Entertainment venues and escape room businesses
• Organizations charging admission or fees for mystery events
• Any commercial use beyond personal entertainment

2. B2B Usage Terms

2.1 License Grant

Upon purchase of a corporate license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Gather & Gasp mystery kits for commercial purposes within the scope of your license tier.

2.2 Permitted Uses

• Host paid murder mystery events for clients and customers
• Include mystery experiences in team-building packages
• Offer murder mystery nights at hospitality venues
• Brand materials with your company logo (where permitted by tier)
• Train staff to facilitate mystery events

2.3 Restrictions

• Mysteries cannot be resold as standalone products
• Digital files cannot be shared with other businesses
• Each venue or event planner requires their own license
• White-label rights are only available at Enterprise tier
• Sublicensing is not permitted without written approval

3. Volume Licensing

We offer volume discounts for businesses that need multiple mysteries or frequent usage. Volume pricing is based on annual mystery consumption.

5. White-Label Options

Enterprise customers can access white-label options to fully brand the mystery experience as their own:

5.1 White-Label Features

• Remove all Gather & Gasp branding from materials
• Add your company logo, colors, and branding
• Custom cover pages and design templates
• Branded host guides and player booklets
• Custom email templates for guest communications

5.2 White-Label Requirements

• Enterprise tier license required
• Minimum 12-month commitment
• Brand guidelines must be provided
• Additional setup fee applies

5.3 API Access

Enterprise customers can integrate Gather & Gasp mystery generation directly into their own platforms:

• RESTful API for mystery generation and management
• Webhook notifications for generation completion
• SDK support for common platforms
• Sandbox environment for development

6. Support Terms

6.1 Support Levels by Tier

6.2 What Support Includes

• Technical assistance with mystery generation and downloads
• Guidance on hosting and facilitating events
• Custom theme consultation (Professional and Enterprise)
• Integration support for API users (Enterprise)
• Quality issues and regeneration requests

7. Billing and Payment

7.1 Payment Terms

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
• Annual plans receive 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12)
• Enterprise contracts are invoiced quarterly or annually
• Net 30 payment terms available for Enterprise (subject to credit approval)

7.2 Overage Charges

If you exceed your monthly mystery allocation:

• Additional mysteries are billed at the per-mystery rate for your tier
• You can upgrade mid-cycle and receive prorated credit
• Enterprise plans can include burst capacity provisions

7.3 Cancellation

• Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, effective end of billing period
• Annual plans: Early termination fees may apply
• Enterprise: See contract terms for cancellation provisions
• Downloaded mysteries remain usable after cancellation

8. Legal Terms

8.1 Indemnification

Licensee agrees to indemnify Daly Planet Productions LLC from any claims arising from the licensee's use of the materials, including but not limited to claims from event participants, clients, or third parties.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid under this Agreement in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8.3 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
